新型平贴贴面机是一种多功能全自动外贴设备（平贴和瓦楞实心贴可在同一台设备上完成)，采用开放式间歇分度机构、齿轮传动、纵轴结构，从而合理分布各个功能总成。整体采用喷淋加油润滑的方式，减低了机器零件的磨损。它通过多分排自动送纸、超声波焊接、机械手纸筒转移、注油、给胶、气缸两级下料套合、压紧、卸碗等连续工序，进行贴合。本机采用变频无极调速采用光控无触点开关检测工作异常、实现了故障自动停机，保护机器各部件不碰撞，提高了机器的稳定性和寿命；抱筒工位采用三合一凸轮包夹，工作时无噪音，抱筒动作稳定可靠，属国内新技术。
